Description
A cationic colour and turbidity removal aid based on Poly-DADMAC. It can be applied in juice purification and syrup purification of cane sugar mills or in refineries. It is used for the improved removal of colour from juice or syrup during phosphatation or carbonation.
Benefits
- Helps to attach the colour to the calcium phosphate or calcium carbonate flocs.
- To remove turbidity from stored thick juice in beet sugar factories by increasing the particle size and improving the removal of particles by filtration.
Dosing, Addition
The dosing depends on the amount of colour and/or turbidity present and the expected removal rate and range from 10 to 100 ppm. The quantity necessary for each individual case can be determined by tests made by our Department for Application Technique.

In case of proper application KEBOSEDO RT complies with the requirements of the German Food and Feed Code (LFGB, revised version by announcement of 15.09.2021). The organic raw materials contained in KEBOSEDO RT are exclusively of petrochemical origin and are therefore neither BSE-endangering (bovine spongiform encephalopathy) nor genetically modified.The products shown on our website are only a selection of our entire product range. There is no universal remedy for the rapid removal of impurities. Some can be removed well with alkaline agents, others better in the acidic range. The large variety of conceivable cleaning problems and the large number of additives, inhibitors and ready-to-use cleaning solutions offered by us make it advisable to obtain detailed advice before starting cleaning.
The same applies to inhibitors, defoamers, scale preventers, corrosion inhibitors, pickling inhibitors, etc. Depending on the plant, material, product and the type of boiler/cooling water is used, different individual challenges arise. We are well equipped for them.
