Description

A boiler water conditioning agent combined with sodium sulfite.

    Benefits

    • Precipitations being formed at the entering of hardness constituents are efficiently dispersed and consequently prevented from forming adhesive scales. At the same time the sodium sulfite
    • Is converted into sodium sulfate at the addition of oxygen and consequently prevents oxygentype corrosion in the boiler and condensate system.
    • Is not steam volatile and therefore, can also be used in systems of the food and feed processing industries.

    Dosing, Addition

The dosing rate of KEBO VP 1009 is dependent on the oxygen content in the boiler feed water.
The concentration of KEBO VP 1009 in the boiler water should amount to 200 - 300 ppm.
A content of 10 - 20 mg/l sodium sulfite should be detectable in the boiler water.
